Tandoor Char House and its affiliates (including but not limited to Sardharia Bros. Inc. DBA Tandoor Char House, Tandoor Char House West Town LLC, Tandoor Char House River LLC, and Elevation Hospitality Group (collectively, “Tandoor”)) respects your privacy. We have provided this Privacy Policy to inform you of what information we collect and how we may use it. This Policy applies to you when you use our websites, visit our restaurants, or otherwise interact with Tandoor (“Sites”).

By interacting with our Sites, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Tandoor may disclose your Personal Information to our affiliates, subsidiaries, or other related companies in compliance with applicable privacy principles, laws, regulations and rules.  We may also disclose aggregated information about our users or information that does not identify an individual.

In order to more efficiently provide the products and services you may request from us, Tandoor may also share your Personal Information with selected third parties who are acting or gathering information on our behalf as our agents, suppliers, or providers.  We may disclose Personal Information to the following:

  • Contractors, service providers, and other third parties who perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy and to use your information only as agreed with us.

  • A buyer or other successor in connection with a merger, sale, transfer or similar transaction of all or part of our business or assets.

  • Third parties when you direct us to do so (such as third-party apps).

We may also disclose your Personal Information to:

  • Comply with any legal obligation, subpoena or other court order; 

  • Enforce or apply any of our online Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or

USE OF COOKIES

We may use cookies, pixels, and other similar technologies (“cookies”) on our Sites or allow third parties to place cookies on our Sites to collect information and provide you with products or services. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your web browser or device to collect and remember information, including to personalize your experience on our Sites.  Pixels are small images embedded in a web page, app, or email and used to track activity.  We may use these technologies to collect information about your activities on our Sites or across third party websites and online services to personalize your experience and serve you with targeted advertisements.  You may configure your browser or device to limit or restrict cookies. We take measures to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Once we have received your information, we will use reasonable procedures and security safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its security and any transmission is at your own risk.

DATA RETENTION

We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may retain your Personal Information for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a likelihood of litigation.  When determining the appropriate data retention period, we consider the amount and nature of Personal Information, the purposes for which we collected it and whether we can achieve those through other means, and applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and other requirements.  

In some circumstances we will de-identify your Personal Information so that it can no longer be associated with you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such de-identified information.

CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from any person under the age of thirteen (13) years of age. In addition, we reserve the right to limit participation in particular programs or promotions to visitors eighteen (18) years of age, twenty-one (21) years of age, or older.

Our Sites may contain links to websites offered by third parties. We are not responsible for the policies and practices of third parties.
