This Policy applies to you when you use our websites, visit our restaurants, or otherwise interact with Tandoor (“Sites”).

In order to more efficiently provide the products and services you may request from us, Tandoor may also share your Personal Information with selected third parties who are acting or gathering information on our behalf as our agents, suppliers, or providers.  We may disclose Personal Information to the following:

  • Contractors, service providers, and other third parties who perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy and to use your information only as agreed with us.

  • A buyer or other successor in connection with a merger, sale, transfer or similar transaction of all or part of our business or assets.

  • Third parties when you direct us to do so (such as third-party apps).

We may use cookies, pixels, and other similar technologies (“cookies”) on our Sites or allow third parties to place cookies on our Sites to collect information and provide you with products or services. CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from any person under the age of thirteen (13) years of age. In addition, we reserve the right to limit participation in particular programs or promotions to visitors eighteen (18) years of age, twenty-one (21) years of age, or older.
